What Green Tribunal has got to do with parking policy in Delhi?

So called Green Tribunal has come up with orders to ban parking on Delhi roads.

Desire to administer India is a bug that infects every body in India. Whatever be the mandate, all the Courts, Tribunals, Commissions love to prove that they know how best to govern India.

In fact such orders are attack on democracy. In a democracy, administration is the responsibility of the elected government, for which it is answerable to people. But these unelected bodies, answerable to none, make a mockery of this basic concept. They erode the authority of the elected government, thus subverting the Constitution.
